𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗸𝗲 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻’𝘀 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘄

In 2024, we focused on disciplined growth. Our programmes at Damiefa School and the Women’s Club expanded and we invested a lot of time and effort in strengthening internal systems and building team capacity.

Here are a few highlights from the 2024 report:
✅ 85% of Women’s Club members reported improved financial conditions
✅ 66 microloan disbursed, totalling USD 22 650
✅ 340+ students attended Damiefa’s Vacation School
✅ Resource Center activities relaunched, with support from our international volunteers
✅ Quick Impact Project pilot completed with 23 youth entrepreneurs

2024 also marked important steps in staff development, planning for new hires and improving collaboration between our team and international volunteers.

While we certainly faced challenges, we closed the year stronger and clearer about what’s needed to grow further in 2025.
