What it takes to run a school and women’s programme in Liberia

Running a school and a women’s economic empowerment programme requires strategy, partnerships and financial sustainability.

Every month, our team:

Teaches over 300 students while ensuring proper curriculum implementation.
Manages microloans for about 70 women entrepreneurs, tracking repayments and business growth.
Provides one-on-one business coaching, ensuring women can grow the businesses they run.
Runs workshops on financial literacy, gender-based violence, women’s rights and health.

The work is demanding, but the impact is undeniable. We’re committed to doing even more in 2025.
