The month of April was a challenging month for many of our women entrepreneurs. Several of them saw their sales drop sharply. Some even considered closing their businesses. Most of them didnโ€™t know what was going wrong.

Our response was to sit down with them, one-on-one, and take a close look at their businesses.

One member had changed locations. Quietly. No one knew she was there. Another had dropped prices without reviewing her costs. A third had started offering too many products and lost her focus.

We worked through each case together with our entrepreneurs. As a result, they adjusted locations, clarified their messages and started cutting out the products with the lowest margins. And their sales started moving again.

When we say we provide business coaching, we’re not only talking about how to make businesses grow. Our work is also about helping women make informed decisions so their businesses remain resilient.
